The Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy is soliciting articles that explore law and social change, social policy, and social movements for publication in 2024-2025. Founded with an interdisciplinary focus, JLSP hopes to publish articles whose topics include, but are not limited to:
Submissions will be accepted from graduate students, law students, and legal scholars, in addition to scholars in the social sciences and humanities. Only unpublished papers will be considered, although papers may be posted on SSRN, ECGI, or similar working paper series.
Papers will be chosen by the Journal’s Articles Editors.
Submissions will be evaluated on a rolling basis. Authors will be notified of their inclusion as soon as possible.
Submissions should include an abstract of the paper and a copy of the author’s curriculum vitae. Submissions should be made through Scholastica. Inquires about paper submissions or other questions should be directed to: april.guevaraespinoza@law.northwestern.edu.
