2024 Symposium: Environmental Racism and Civil Rights in Chicago

This year’s panelists will discuss joint efforts by litigators and community organizers to resist the relocation of General Iron to the southeast side of Chicago, the importance of engaging structural racism in environmental advocacy, and how future generations might bring law to bear on racial inequalities in environmental harm.
